“Sorry guys, we didn’t win. Thanks to everyone that supported my little film, I Met a Girl. The overall response has been great and this has been a fun and humbling learning experience. I couldn’t have done it without all of your support.
While I was hoping to win, I was more hoping not to lose to a crappy film. Fortunately, I think the judges made a good choice. I genuinely enjoy this film a lot. I think it shares a lot of the same themes that my film tried to convey, and yet they were able to pull it off with no dialogue or voice over. For that, I commend their filmmaking abilities.
If you get a chance, take a look at their cute little film. Congrats to them!”
